Smiling Mind is a free web and app-based Mindfulness Meditation program. It features short, guided meditations designed to bring balance to our busy, tech-filled lives. Smiling Mind is a pre-emptive tool developed by a team of psychologists with expertise in mindfulness, mediation and online wellbeing. The tool helps manage stress, build resilience and cope with the pressures of everyday life. There are age-specific programs available from age seven through to adults.
