• Report builder manager: Allows the creation and management of custom reports within the current tenant.
• Tenant administrator: Assigned automatically to the tenant admin in the context of their course category.
• Tenant administrator in course category: This is effectively the tenant manager role, which is assigned automatically to the tenant admin in the context of their course category.
• Tenant user: Assigned automatically to all tenant users in the context of their course category.
Additionally it is possible for the site admin to create entirely new roles to address specific roles required by the organisation such as those for guests and auditors.
